My chlamydia test came back as follows: igm positive (4.75), igg negative, iga negative. I haven't had sex in the past 3 months. Could this be false positive or a past infection? Should I take doxy for this?

Signs of chlamydia in men include: white, cloudy or watery discharge from the penis pain or burning when urinating pain and/or swelling in the testicles. You can also get chlamydia infection in your anus, eyes and throat. For both men and women, this can cause pain, discharge or bleeding in the anus, or inflammation (redness) of the eye (called conjunctivitis). Chlamydia in the throat does not usually have any symptoms. So consult doctor and take proper treatment.

May be its may past infection which express now. Go for cross test ,if same then take medicine after consult a good physician. Then follow the norm.
