Hello, thanks for the query. Madam, I have seen the details given. The tsh level mentioned is lower than the normal lower limit, which is suggestive of excess dosage of levothyroxine. Yes, it is as the dosage seems to be high prescribed way back when the levels are high but now as the levels are subnormal we need to reduce the dose and shouldn't continue on same dosage of 200 mcg. Just fyi there are very good homeo medicines as well to treat thyroid dysfunction.
