Sir I am 38 year old male ,i am hypothyroidism patient since last one year ,my body weight 78 and height 5.9"i am fit I am doing regular workout .my latest tsh is -29.75 ant total t4-5.5 and total t3-77 and I am taking 88 mcg thyrox .what should i do can I increase my doses or not pls help me.

Hello, thanks for the query. I had replied to the same query. I had asked you to come back with t3 & t4 values and also about symptoms if any. Since there are no symptoms mentioned it appears there are none. You will have to increase the dosage to 100 mcg per day, then check tsh again after 6 weeks to is desired levels (3 to 4 mu/l) are achieved. If not then dose needs to be further increased. Thanks.
