If your doctor is recommending you injection kenacort then you can take. It will increase your sugar slightly. You have to increase medicine for sugar also. I personally recommend exercise for frozen shoulder ,which is more helping then injection treatment. Contact physiotherapist of your area.

As per my knowledge this is a synthetic steroidal preperation and corticosteroid effects is to cause hyperglycemia .and you are already diabetic so without a proper consultation with your physician don't take it.
