I am 25 years girl, I had belly fat which is not melting down. My weight is 45 kgs. I am trying so much of exercise especially been done for belly fat reduction. Please help me out.

Include twice green tea after 1/2 hr meal include more of protein like curd, sprouts, egg white, chicken etc include 10-12 glass of water daily.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.
