I am an heroine user for 4 years max now I want to quit everything and I don't want counseling as its cost too much and required parents I don't want them to know about that. Currently I am using trd contain 100 mg trapex 2 addnok bupren control but the withdrawal is very hard to fight my mind is strong if I fight it for 2 weeks I will be fine any suggestion of medication will be very helpful. You will require proper dose management of all the medications, rigorous motivation enhancement therapy and monitoring. Usually this is done by admitting the patient. If you are taking treatment on opd basis, please do not self medicate, do visit local psychiatrist for proper management regularly. Also you can try deep breathing relaxation method for mild anxiety.

Gradual tapering of addnok and trapex will help you. Target of reducing half tab every week is reasonable tapering schedule. However remaining motivated under clinical supervision is of paramount importance.
