I have a constant urge to crack my big toe joints/ 1st mtp (both feet). The joint feels painful/intense and it gets relieved when I crack them, which happens >100 times per day. I do have a degree of bunion on both feet, otherwise physically everything is ok. This is really bothering me as I cannot stop cracking them to feel relieved, to the point where I take my shoes off at work and begin to crack them, and my house mates are really bothered by the noise as well. This issue has been going on for years but recently has been significantly increased.
