Hi sir. My name is biplab. I am 26 years old. But I have so many problem in my figure. My belly is to much big. So I am so unsatisfied for this prob. What should I do. please help and say what is my rutin for this prob. please help me.

Hello, do regular exercise or walk about 45-60 min daily as per physician advise. Increase your physical work. Or do daily yoga (suryanamashkar). Always eat balance diet. Take small & frequent meals. In the morning you can take 1glass lemon luke warm water to help your belly fat to reduce. Avoid fatty food, junk food & carbonated beverages.
