My fiance cooked on sunday. Monday morning she came down the with the stomach flu. Thankfully I have not seen her since sunday and I have not had any symptoms. She offered for me to pick up the food so it will not go to waste. Would it be safe to eat and not contaminated since she did not have symptoms of the stomach bug until monday morning? I?m just not sure if the virus could even be passed from food.
