I have a feeling in my elbow that my bone is rubbing as I can hear that loud rubbing cracking noise everything I move elbow joint and its been more then 1 year I am having this sensation and noise without any pain. I am so much scared because I play cricket and I do not want to quit playing cricket. I do not know that is that annoying noise I always have while moving elbow joint.
