In the starting days it appeared that some white spots on my scalp looked like fungal infection then on doctor's prescription after applying local medical cream it was cleared but now a days am facing burning sensation on my scalp with big scales from my scalp I took many medicine but not worthy. Many shampoo like ketoconazole I tried everything. What should I do please tell me.

Hello Ashish, you might be suffering from seborrheic dermatitis. Photographs would be required to confirm the diagnosis and give appropriate treatment. Till then stop applying oil, use a shampoo based of coaltar and dont manually scratch a remove the scales.
