Allopathic medicine just replaces the need but does not cure thyroid dysfunction. Homoeopathic treatment can do that.

Hello, thanks for the query. As I understand Ms. monika shah has hypothyroidism since 3 years. The dosage of levothyroxine has been increased from 25 mcg to 175 mcg, but tsh has been remaining high. However, since there is no information given on actual t3, t4 & tsh. It is also not clear what is the age, height & weight of the patient, because the question states name as mayank, male and then age, height and weight is given, so that is confusion. When adequate dosage of levothyroxine is taken tsh is usually maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l and t3 & t4 are in the normal range. In case if pregnancy is to be planned then tsh needs to be brought <2.5 mu/l. My suggestion is please come back with all the necessary information and preferably in a private conversation, then I will be able to guide specifically and prescribe necessary medication. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.

Since your weight is 75 kg, do work on reducing weight too. You can also consult an endocrinologist for your thyroid medication doses. After weight reduction, you can try for conception.
