Both ativan (lorazepam) and lonazep (clonazepam) are benzodiazepines highly addictive and difficult to withdraw. For the same you need to consult an astute psychiatrist either online or in person, for treating the withdrawal, substituting and tapering and replacing with alternate non-addictive medication depending on your symptoms. Good luck.

Hi, There is one way. Mix 1mg Ativan in 50 ml of water daily and consume 40ml of same and discard 10ml during whole week. in second week consume 30ml of water and discard 20ml. This way you will be consuming 10ml of water during 4th week and stop consuming this water 5th week onwards. You might feel some discomfort/distress during this whole process of tapering which would not be intolerable. You need to be self determined to accomplish it. My best wishes. Thanks

Ativan and lonazep belong to same group (benzodiapine). Its generally irrational to take both of these together on daily basis for any medical condition. Consult a nearby psychiatrist for making your prescription more rationale.
