I am a 26 year old veterinarian. About a year ago I picked up a fungal infection from animals at work. My gp treated me with terbinafine and it resolved although I had few pigmented patches. It has flared up over a month ago, I have self medicated with itraconazole with no resolve. What to do?

You should also use topicals along with oral medications .continue using topical anti fungal agents like luliconazole till the pigmentation goes away. Orals can be stopped in 1 month.
