I noticed a small lump somewhere in between my sternum and right breast. It seems more on the flat side but feels a little hard. It hurts if I poke it. I have never felt around this are before, so it is possible that this has always been here and it's just how my body is or it could be new. About a little over two months ago, I was in the hospital for unrelated issues and they did a ct scan of the chest and a chest xray and both came back normal. Is it possible for a tumor to grow within two months to be something I can feel?
