Hi i'm 19 years old two month ago I feel hard lump in my breast and armpit swelling and pain and left armpit lump and shortness of breath at the same time and pain in back my breast feel heavy and black rashes around areola and sometimes it's dimpling and shape changes, skin changes my right breast feel ok but I feel hard rope like lump and something in my left breast when I was sleeping then also I feel discomfort but my breast usg comes normal two month are done but situation not normal my symptoms are (breast hard rope like lump. Arm and underarm pain, back pain, shortness of breath, feeling tight in lungs and stomach) and leg pain and fatigue breast usg and lung x ray comes normal this is symptoms of metastatic breast cancer? Please tell what I do?
