My first molar in the upper jaw is tilted towards the cheek. This molar is also sensitive to hot/cold drinks and even when I am eating sometimes. I have been brushing with sensodine for years now, but there is no relief. Some other teeth are also sensitive. What can I do?

A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (vantage tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Your teeth are sensitive due to erosion, abrasion attrition wearing of your tooth structure may cause sensitivity you can go for checkup n fillings according to your condition.

Your tooth needs to be evaluated clinically and x ray needs to be done for proper management of your problem. Using a toothpaste for sensitivity issue won't help much till the actual cause for sensitivity is known. Kindly visit a dentist for the same.
