I have pain in shoulder so doctor advised me to do mri. Mel report came today & it says" subtle altered signal intensity appearing hyperintense on t2/pd fat sat images seen within supraspinatous tendon p/o mild tendinosis. No e/o rotator cuff tear" could you pls tell me what does it mean?

Ma'am with medicines take Ultrasound therapy for a week and after a week of US ask for shoulder mobilization exercises. Within 15 sessions the shoulder pain will diasappear and and the movements will be free. Medicines can be take by consulting in person with ortho doc.
