I am 31 years old male, I regularly go for gym for weight loss, I lose around 10 kg in last 4 month, and now I am at 88kgs. But did regular work out at gym and also dieting but could not loss more than 2kg since last 3 months. What do I do for weight loss for keep myself at around 80kgs.

Some times it happens. You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, sugary products & sugary drinks. You shd take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner.
