I have heard one vaidya stating that one cannot put on weight even if one eats almonds, raisins and what not, if nutrients are not absorbed by digestive system. So what one should do so that food is absorbed in digestive organs.

Very simple! take cinnamon powder half a teaspoon with honey in the morning in empty stomach for at least one month. At 11 am take ginger juice with honey for 4 days. See how absorption of nutrients takes place. Can you pl give feedback after 7 days.
