I am planning to have lipo in my saddlebag area. While I was working to lose weight and decrease their size, I somehow managed to do it but they are still large enough as compared to my rest of the body. Should I go for lipo? Is it painful?

Liposuction surgery is not painful. General anesthesia or sedation with local anesthesia is used for performing the procedure. Patients, with local anesthesis, may feel a little pressure during the process but they won't feel any pain.
