Small and frequent meals? But I am not clear how we can have small meals. When I am hungry it's not possible to control hunger with a small meal that has simple carbohydrates. Can anyone explain?

Hello Kumaresan... Divide your large meals into small meals... Like chapati and curry now and rice after 1 and half to 2 hours, then fruits, eggs etc.

add some fiber rich food from control your hunger, like chia seeds you can take, also take lots of vegetables with lunch and dinner
