Hello, men are generally tied up with work. But one should always take out an hour or two for themselves. Most healthy and fit men start with hitting the gym. Running, abs and weight lifting for 45 minutes everyday keeps you muscular and fit. Have a good breakfast with sandwich or boiled eggs and milk. While at work, keep having water. Have protein shake in the evening to keep your tummy full and keep away from cravings.(only if you do heavy work out) when you get home, clean your face with a nice cleanser and take a shower to soothe yourself. Have a light meal early in the night and avoid late night food. Before going to sleep, apply a nice moisturiser on face, elbows and feet.
