My father copd 90 yrs. Have feet swelling. He is on medince 1. Stator 10, 2. Eltroxin 25, 3 esam 5, 4. Unicontin 400, 5. Cardace 5, 6 montair 10,(7) clopitab 75,(8) becadexamin (9) veltam 0.4. He is also taking two eye drops-dorzox & lumigan. He is fit walks daily. My question is why his feets are swelling, is it due to medicine or any other reason. Please State & confirm & suggest. Bp 130/80.

Feet swelling can be due to cor pulmonale or tab esam. Your father medicine for copd is not as per protocol. Tab montair has no role in copd. Try tiomate 200 2 puff once/day with spacer for copd. Other medicine he can continue. Can take diuretics for feet swelling.
