Hello, I had been diagnosed with food poison and after that I have a non movable pea shaped but non visible thing in back post cervical part of the head near to neck hair line. And I also have a movable pea shaped node in which is also not visible but moves with touch. No pain and also I have a irritating in throat. What does this indicate.
