I am a 45 year old woman, and my weight has been continuously increasing in the last 4 years, it has gone up from, 98kg to 111kg, im non diabetic, do not have thyroid, neither my cholesterol is high, its borderline. I have a active lifestyle, also taking care of cutting dwn carbs etc, still im failing to understand the problem, as its become very problematic for me I need genuine help and advise, as i am aware of what to eat and what not to eat, take walks, etcccect.
