As per you height your weight is fine but you need to know the body fat % to see how much fat you have. For a male it should be 15 to 20 %. Lower the better. Health also depends on your feel factor. Are you energetic, can you perform well in your daily activities, are you having a sound sleep, are you not falling ill too often etc etc.
