Hello,. I am 42 years old and I am suffering from severe back pain. I have this pain for last 2-3 months and I am not getting relief from so. Not only this but I have a pain in my legs also but not much as my back but it makes it difficult for me to climb stairs as my home is on the the second floor. I am suffering from migraine also so I have headache most of the times. I am using various ointments and medicines but there are of no help. I need a immediate help. I consult a doctor long time back for the treatment of the diabetes and blood pressure and I am consuming the same medicine for so long (zoryl m1 and repace h). Pls help me.

Dear lybrate user, it seems you are suffering from multiple issues such as back pain, migraine (of diagnosis is correct), htn & diabetes. Let us help you with back pain & migraine and for rest of the condition you should consult physician. Any pain for more than 2 months is itself a disease of chronic pain irrespective of primary reason for which back pain started. My advise would veto consult interventional pain specialist or orthopedician trained in spine for comprehensive examination to reach correct diagnosis for back pain as it can be due to disc, facet joints, canal stenosis, nerve impingement, muscles spasm etc. Similarly for headache you need to consult either interventional pain specialist or neurologist for diagnosis to find out type (as there are more than 100 reasons for headache according to international headache society). Once diagnosis of both is confirmed it can be treated conservatively or by some intervention. Hope it helps.
