Recently I am (32 yrs) diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, hlab27 +ve & sacroiliitis at hip joints - recently had infliximab injection, would this helpful or need medication for lifetime.

To be honest, one injection will mostly not cure the illness. Ankylosing spondylitis can be a disabling condition leading to many problems. You will need physical therapy along with other medication as well as clinical assessment and other blood investigations. The duration of treatment will ultimately depend on the disease severity which will be clear if you consult an orthopaedician/rheumatologist for the same.
