Hi, I am 22 years old. I am very thin, I do not really understand how to put on my weight, I eat 4-5 times a day and I have taken many mass growing products but still I am the same. So please advise me how to put on weight.

Dear lybrate user, you should take soaked black raisins daily morning and two shakes, banana shake daily with butter sugar paste 40grams daily applied on chapati or bread.
