I am on my weight loss journey. My gym trainer told me to eat vegetables and chicken .he gave me a diet chart which has very low carb .keto diet. But I don't know how to eat vegetables for weight loss .i don't like vegetables but I am eating now .how to prepare it tasty so that I can follow the diet daily. If I add chill turmeric coriander powder if I add masala and eat will it effect my weight loss?
