My usg report impression is- multiple peripherally arranged small follicle 6to8 mm with increased echogenicity of central stroma are seen in both ovaries. No dominant follicle seen. My sign nd symptoms are prolonged bleeding 8 to 9 days with low amount brownish colour blood having no pain what shud I do? How it will be prevented?
