I am 30 year old lady ,i am suffering from hypothyroidism since 7 year, my tsh level is often elevated but t3 and t4 remain normal, recently I have done my tsh test and it was 24. From last year my body weight increase and anytime I felt like tired types.

Your tsh is certainly not under control. I hope your doctor has done tests on thyroid antibodies. You must consult an endocrinologist or physician - internal medicine md and remain under his guidance for monitoring and review till tsh is brought around 2.5 to 4.5.
