Hello, I am 27 years old male, unmarried. I am experiencing pain in my lower right abdomen and sometimes in my right testicles, I am currently obese and trying to lose weight. Can it be appendicitis or something else that I should worry about. Please clarify.

It could be due to the workouts even which you are doing to loose weight. If the pain in the right lower part of abdomen if quiet often .do a usg to rule out any anomaly. Wear loose underwear.
