My daughter is 8 years old. She is weighting 16 kg. And height is below average of age. She is in std. She weight and height is good or bad .how can I improve my daughter weight and height please suggest any food ideas.

Hi, A well balanced diet which is compact in all food groups is preferred. Try to give small frequent meals every 2 hourly. Do not force feed but try to be consistent with the timing of the meal. Milkshakes like Mango, Banana, Chickoo, Honey, nuts is Preferred. Wheat, Dates, Anjeer, Ghee ladoos are good. Milk/Paneer/ Curd to be given daily. Vegetables in cutlet form to be made with paneer/cheese.
