Hi, I got married five years before and having a baby around 4 years age. Trying for a second baby now. When I try to do intercourse, after few seconds, facing erection problem. But early morning, it is erecting for long time. Is there any pills like viagra or any tablets to be taken for night sex for longer erection? Also if I take those tablets before intercourse, will it affect the pregnancy? Please advise.
