Hello doctor, I am 42 male and married. Of late, I have been experiencing lack of interest in sex due to work pressure etc. Whereas, my wife is interested in sex. We try to have sex at least once a week. But the problem is I am not able to get hard erection. Even If I get little erection, I am unable to have complete sex. I do not have any other health/medical issues. Kindly advise to maintain good sex and relationship.

Hi Lybrate user U can easily get rid of this problem by doing meditation for 10 to 15 minutes. Use pwd Ashwagandha 3gm+ pwd satavari 1gm with milk two times a day in the morning and evening. Take care Regards.
