Yes you can use it, but avoid using dhall and other pulses during the night. Try to have rice along with butter milk. Avoid having food at hotel and don't have any processed food. At hotel they include baking soda for every thing which is the main culprit for acidity and renal problem. For example to cook dhall quickly they baking soda, to cook rice they use this baking soda and to soften chapatti or roti or naan they mix baking soda and to give crispiness for fried they use baking soda and for idly and dosa they use to ferment soon for softness in idly and crispiness in dosa. If you going to have pongal they use cook rice as paste and so on. Next is flavour enhancer that is monosodim salt which is the main cause of renal failure to so many person this is available in dhall and in any sabjji or in spicy side dish and especially in briyani and fried rice and maggie or any kind of noodles. Phosphoric acid in soft drinks like coke, pepsi and so on. Better to have food from home and even though not tasty you are healthy. I advice you to leave the night shift job and try to get any day job because whatever you earned for five years totally will get absorbed in one single day at hospital. If you are married think about your dependents unless you are healthy you can earn. At this point avoid using dhall and pulses and avoid hotel food. Take care.
