I have been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. I have taken medicine. Doctor prescribed me allopathic medicine and it didn't work more, then I started taking ayurvedic medicine also with allopathic medicine. I get some benefits with this. It is better to follow one system of Medicine rather than combining multiple systems . Each drug may. react with each other and nullify or produce fresh side effects .In arthritic conditions Physical exercises ,yoga and respiratory exercises will also help to minimise the pain Even if a gap is there on consuming the medicines will be there in the body for a long time
