Hello good evening doctors I have been suffering from fungal infection in inner thigh for almost 3 months. Both thighs are affected badly. And a brown area is dark. It's burning sensation 24*7 and itching feeling. For last 12 days I am using itranox 200 mg once in night and cetrizine 10 mg at night. Absorb 1% in morning and miconazole cream in night. But sensation of itching and skin colour is not change. Swelling is reduced. For itching what can I opt. Is cetrizine not effective.
