I have been suffering from left shoulder pain and neck pain for the last 3 years. Have gone to 4-5 physiotherapist who do us, ift, tens but does not help relieve pain much. Tests have shown slight c4-c5 disc bulge and orthopaedic told it is not much to be a concern. Additionally 2 of them told it is just muscle knots in trapezius and poor posture. But I can't relieve myself of this muscular tension and some exercises and stretching help to lessen the pain to an extent. Continuing with the exercises now and somewhat helps to keep pain bearable but it is somehow always there. Some days the pain shoots up and feels discomfort. Please suggest if there is a way to eliminate this muscular pain. Tried: calcium vitamin d muscle relaxant pain killer. No help.
