In today's modern time losing weight has become an obsession. Firstly you have to realize that 3 things effects your weight; Food, Exercise & your Lifestyle. FOOD: If you want to lose weight make a habit to have your breakfast two & half hours from sunrise, Lunch should be after minimum 4 hours or maximum 6 hours & it should be a little less than your hunger. Dinner should again be after minimum 4 hours or maximum 6 hours before sunset. EXERCISE: If you are a teenage then there is no need of gym, because muscles are developing & heavy exercise can cause blockage in height gain. So do lot of cycling, swimming, football, all contact sports, stretching & Yoga. If you are 18+ but below 50, you can do a lot of gym or body weight training at home, regular yoga & pranayam, along with exercises that build stamina. 50+ age group should focus on walking, Pranayam & Yoga. Rinsing with the lukewarm water and sipping it slowly detoxifies and and cleanses your stomach. This helps keeping intact the pH7 level.
