I m 31yrs married women, I have 2 kids. My weight is 78kg n height 5'4. And I want to lose weight. No tym for gym n other execise. So pls suggest me any diet plan for how to lose weight.

Hi Your BMI is about 29 and ideal weight is about 65. So We need wt loss of about 13 Kg which is difficult but possible. You need proper diet, exercise and may neef some drugs / diet suppliments in future. You can send private msg if interested
