dry fish and egg which is good source of protein which will help you to gain muscle mass and body building.where egg yolk contain good amount of fat and cholesterol so keep it in mind that.if you are eating fish and egg white in proper amount then it is not harmful at all.but one thing you should keep in mind anything in excess will harm your body.
