I used to be very tensed before a years ago related to my studies. Now, I am so much depressed that I shout on everyone in my home but at school I am also little bit tensed but I never shout there. I have become very angry now a days. What to do? Give your suggestions Dr.

Getting tensed is just another manifestation of not being able to handle psychological stress and anxiety arising due to various reasons at your age. Anger is an outward expression of inner anxiety which you tend to express on people you know, care about you. I am very much sure that you do tend to feel regret after doing so.
