I am 61 years male II-stage diabetic and Hypertensive taking following medicine: Trimacsart - OD totaglipt M-forte -OD after bf cetapin v (0.3) - evening before dinner sugar level PP: 162/ fasting 132 yesterday reading BP 149/84 but heartbeat 85-90 feeling some kind of anxiety n depression due to sudden loss in business this year otherwise my HB use to remain less than 70. Morning walk : 1 hr daily but feel tired for the full day. Doctor kindly advise some gud medicine which can bring me out of this anxiety and depression though having pain in my heart due to heavy loss in business. Please advise wat should I do ?
