Gm sir on 15 th may my sis got baby n 17 may she died suddenly I thing while feeding milk she slept n not got up now my sister in big trauma n I just want to know now she is getting breast pain due to not feeding what medicine or treatment she can do.

I am very sorry to hear that. Pray that the God give your sister strength to overcome the shock. Yes there are medicine, but you can't get it over the counter, as well as, you should not try without a doctor's supervision. Please consult the gynaecologist who took your sister's care during her antenatal period. She needs counselling and this medicine. Go as soon as possible, otherwise she may develop more breast engorgement and might develop breast abscess. Till medicine is started let her express milk manually. This is just for your knowledge, total 14 days treatment with cabergoline is the drug of choice. It is given 3.5 mg daily for 3 days then 2.5 mg twice daily for 11 days more. (total 14 days). But remember, you must not start the medicine without advice of her doctor because she might have developed psychosis by now, due to shock, and also she need to be examined before starting this medicine.
