I am 26 years old female and my weight is 66 its and my height is 5.4 (162.5) h want to reduce my weight and I done lots of efforts for this but not working currently I am doing yoga and walk at night please suggest me my standard weight should be how I reduce my weight .pls.

Ideally Your weight should be around 63 so+ -- 2,3 is ok .more important is that your body's energy level should be maintained .follow some suggestions you will be able to loose your weight and you will feel energetic do yoga as you are doing, take some light breakfast but energetic such as daliya, cornflakes, don't skip lunch or dinner include more salad and fibre containing food ,eat seasonal fruits as much as possible eat less sweets as it increases weight. Prefer to eat fruits instead of juice.
