Is it right that when any fruit juice is mixed with water it gets acidic. It is not good for health? Please guide.

Fruits when eaten as a whole are alkaline, however any processing like pulping or juicing it up will definately make it acidic as it will be processed outside the body. Also fibres and certain vitamins are robbed from it on processing. Adding water will dilute the nutrients further. So best to have whole fruits.
