I prepared chicken by putting it above a steel pan, which have holes that used for frying chips, jilebies etc through the holes the oil will go out. I hope you understand about the steel pan. In that steel pan I kept chicken and under the pain I lighted fire by using coconuts. Just like a barbeque .The pan get black colour due to heat. Is there any dangerous problem in this preparation? Is any harmful chemicals of the steel pan sticked in chicken? Please reply.
